Andrew Garfield Wins Best Actor at the Golden Globes for Tick, Tick… Boom!

His outstanding performance as late Broadway playwright Jonathan Larson in Netflix’s Tick, Tick…BOOM! has gained him notice in Supporting Actor categories, but he finds himself as one of the frontrunners in numerous Lead Actor contests.[/bigletter]
Andrew is expected to be nominated for an Academy Award, but he did win some gold on Sunday night with the announcement of this year’s Golden Globe winners. The Golden Globes will not hold a ceremony in 2022, instead announcing the winners on Twitter. Andrew was named Best Actor in a Comedy or Musical winner.
