STAGE – The Drowned Man 2014

Based on Georg Büchner’s “Woyzeck,”  the play “The Drowned Man: A Hollywood Fable” is an original theatrical production by the British theatre production Punchdrunk, in association with The National Theatre. It is conducted on four floors of the former Royal Mail sorting office at 31 London Street in London, close to Paddington Station.

The play describes a series of events that happened on October 30, 1962, and is set at and around Los Angeles’ “Temple Studios“. It is interactive promenade theater, which is typical of Punchdrunk‘s aesthetic. The audience is free to wander around and explore the sets in their own way. The intricate detailing of the props and locations, or following one of the many characters, all help the audience pick up the narrative’s threads.

Andrew appeared in a one off surprise cameo as Badlands Jack on April 8, 2014
